Individual Training is tailored toward the player, their position, their strengths, weaknesses and goals. It’s about the players and helping them improve their game.

Individual Training sessions allow the coach and the player to work on specific elements of the player’s game that need to be sharpened and improved. Prior to the first session, the player and coach will discuss the player’s strengths, areas they want to improve, their position and future goals.
Training sessions are focused on skill repetition, position specific exercises and drills designed to push the player to perform at game speed and at a consistently high level.
Individual sessions can be booked on a weekly basis or in blocks of 5 or 10.
